Helping heart-led solo-entrepreneurs and organizations clarify their brand, align their communications, and build an ethical, sustainable marketing strategy.

About Kristine Jimenez

I've spent over two decades leading strategic communications at the highest levels, from leading national PR campaigns for Starbucks to building the fundraising communications and events team at UW Medicine. Now I'm channeling that experience to help good work bloom at scale.Through Sol Service, I offer heart-led solo-entrepreneurs and organizations access to the same caliber of brand strategy and communications thinking typically reserved for major institutions distilled into focused intensives and tailored consulting designed to help you get clear, get seen, and get going.I specialize in working with those in emergence, start-up, or transition phases, helping you translate complexity and uncertainty into clear brand positioning, aligned messaging, and sustainable, ethical marketing strategies that authentically connect with your people.

For solo-entrepreneurs:
Brand clarity intensives

These highly interactive 1:1 intensives are designed specifically for solo-entrepreneurs doing transformational and healing work. They're called intensives for a reason. In two focused online sessions, we accomplish what often takes weeks or months: a brand and messaging framework, a practical marketing plan, and the tools to implement it yourself.Just you and Kristine, with space between sessions to let the clarity sink in. Investment: $1,500.

Week Prior to the First Session

Come as you are. We'll find the thread together.

Before the workshop, you'll complete a short personal reflection — not homework, but an invitation to slow down and get honest about where you are. You'll think through your core purpose, who you're really trying to reach, what makes your work different, and where communication has felt hard or unclear. This isn't about having the right answers. It's about arriving ready.

Session 1

Building your foundation

In the first session, we build the core of your brand platform together:

  • What you do and why it matters, in plain language that actually sounds like you

  • Who you're really for (spoiler: "everyone" is not an audience)

  • How your work is different and why that difference matters

  • The voice, tone, and key messages that will carry across everything you do

  • What makes you credible — and how to say so without feeling like you're bragging

Session 2

Putting it all together

In the second session, we translate your new clarity into a plan you'll actually use:

  • Marketing and outreach approaches that feel ethical and sustainable, not performative or exhausting

  • Which channels make sense for you and which you can let go of

  • A simple content approach you can maintain consistently without burning out

  • How to use AI tools thoughtfully to implement your strategy

Stories from the work

"What sets Kristine apart is her exceptional ability to truly listen — she took the time to understand my vision, goals, and values before ever putting pen to paper, and it showed in every deliverable. Her thoroughness is equally impressive. Kristine approaches each project with care and precision, leaving nothing to chance. The final branding work she produced was not only creative and polished, but a genuine reflection of who I am and what I stand for." - Sapna Sopori, Founder/CEO, Sapna Strategies, LLC

Sapna, an educator and organizational consultant, hired me after years of helping groups and organizations build cultures of equity and belonging. When the political landscape shifted, her contracts evaporated overnight. She had to rebuild, but she also had an opportunity to rebrand around what she'd always cared about most: helping teams build compassionate communication, collaboration, and conflict competency. The challenge? She's a deep thinker with a lot to say, and distilling years of expertise into something clear and immediate felt impossible on her own. Through deep listening and careful conversation, we found the essence of her work and identified marketing strategies that aligned with her capacity, resources, and values. The new positioning resonated and the contracts followed.

"Kristine has helped me distill down my passions into one clear starting point. After 15 years of struggling with where to focus my energy, it feels incredibly exciting to finally have clarity around where to start! She also helped me realize the importance of honing in on one specific target audience in order to gain momentum and make a real impact. Kristine is masterful at intuitively connecting to big, abstract ideas and bringing them into laser-focused clarity with very tangible action steps."
- Tricia Schuster, Founder, Peaceful Dying Project

Tricia is a traveling hospice nurse with a sweeping vision: bring more peace into the world at every stage of life — from mindfulness programs in schools to transforming the way Americans die. The work was real and meaningful, and she'd made genuine progress on pieces of it. But with a demanding career that took her across the country, finding momentum across multiple interconnected ideas was its own challenge. Together, we didn't simplify her vision, we found a place to begin. We clarified one precise offer, identified exactly who it was for, and named it as a starting point rather than a compromise. She left knowing that the rest of the vision wasn't being abandoned, just that one thread was finally ready to pull.
